Exercise with the Ab Coaster PS500 concentrates purely on the stomach. Beginner or advanced user - the Taurus Abcoaster PS500 allows all users to perform an effective ab training. The flexion of the hip during the exercise is made impossible. Ab workouts improve core stability as the Ab Coaster PS500 allows to exercise not only the rectus abdominis but also the obliques. The ergonomic rolling motion of the Abcoaster facilitates a comfortable kneeling exercise position which makes it suitable for everyone.

Ab exercises with a training computer

Furthermore, you are given the chance to keep an eye on your workout thanks to a training computer that counts the repetitions. Once you have achieved first successes and the exercise becomes easier, you can add weight plates (2 x 5 kg) in order to increase the training intensity.

Geweldig apparaat! De wervelkolom hangt aan zichzelf en wordt dus NIET belast. maar je moet wel trainen met discipline en enthousiasme. het core wordt niet steviger door naar het Apparaat te kijken. Robert Boelen
