We, as company Sport-Tiedje GmbH, with registered office in Flensburger Str. 55, 24837 Schleswig, consider and handle your personal data with great seriousness and behave in total accordance to the given laws concerning privacy and the protection of the latter. Data relating to existing persons are being used for strictly technical purposes. Your data are being transferred to third parties within our company and only when and if this is required in order to enhance the processing of the applications relative to the transactions between you and the Sport Tiedje GmbH. It is to us absolutely forbidden to sell your data or transfer them to third parties.The Sport Tiedje GmbH does not charge herself with the responsability of explaining or excusing the eventual presence of links to third outsiders, which may be despite the continuous and very alert attention of our team.
The present statement serves the purpose of showing with what means Sport Tiedje protects the personal data of its customers, as well as to explain the reasons why such data might be used.

Sport Tiedje reports about every single active attempted or successfully ended access to our site, and the registered data are then being used for explicitely statistical reasons.
The registered data regard then time and day of query on the server, name of the page which has been visited, type and /or version of browser used, operating system in use, IP address and URL reference (formerly visited page) .Sport-Tiedje cannot correlate these data to other ones, and it makes no attempt to do so.
Personal data are being assembled only in case of an explicit free decision of the single customer. It generally takes place, for example, by gathering all information necessary to contribute to our Guest Book, or when it comes to filling an order form.
