The Taurus Performance Gym offers maximum functionality and flexibility for weight training. Both cable-pulls can be adjusted in height and have a large rotation radius, to maximize the range of motion. Quick-release clips make it easy to exchange grips. The multi-gym has a has a pull-up station as well as a Dips station which is equipped with a foldable backkrest.

Maximum flexibility for maximum performance

The stable but compact multy-gym, Taurus Performance Gym has two cable-pulls, which are easily adjusted in height in 20 levels, thanks to a smart mechanism. This allows exercises with the low cable-pull (such as Biceps curls), middle height (such as pec flys) or a very high pull for the triceps or the back.

The cable pulls run on large rollers, which guaranty a soft and even pull. Each of the cable-pulls has a weight block of 68 kg, which is adjustable in 15 levels. With a transmission ration of 2:1, the weight adjustments are exceptionally fine.

The cable-pull has a clever quick-release-mechanism; because of this, the grips are swiftly changed. Two grips, one leg loop, one fabric belt for support for pull-ups and a long bar are included with the gym. The Performance Gym also has a pull-up bar which allows for a number of different grips, to do effective exercises with your own body weight. This includes special climbing grips, wich are known form boldering. To support with standing exercises, the multy-gym also has a foldable back support, that can be used when doing exercises standing. A storage compartment on the back side of the gym offers space for a bottle, towels and other accessories.

Die Kabelzugstation ist einsame Spitze! Wir, meine Frau und ich waren absolute Sportmuffel und haben uns dann aus gesundheitlichen Gründen eine Personal Trainer geleistet. Er hat die Station mit uns ausgesucht und die Einweisung gemacht - kann ich nur jedem raten, der keine Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet hat. Der Aufbau war super einfach, auch wenn die Anleitung an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas verwirrend ist. Habe die Station alleine aufgebaut und ungefähr einen halben Tag gebraucht, zu zweit geht es bestimmt besser! Das Gerät ist jetzt seit ca. 4 Monaten im Einsatz, wir trainieren inzwischen zu viert und haben keine Beanstandungen. ... [weiter lesen]
