Bowflex Indoor Bike VeloCore: Leaning function for tougher core training

The robust VeloCore adds to the usual Indoor Bike training. The leaning function enables you to lean to the left and right sides. This simulates the race typical movement of leaning into the curve and providing effective core muscle training. The leaning mode can be quickly activated as well as de-activated by a push of a button. The Bowflex Indoor Bike VeloCore brings a realistic and an even higher intensive training into your home.

Stability and variety

The solid steel frame with wide stabilisers provides a secure base. Additionally, the adjustable handlebars provide numerous grip and support possibilities. The racing saddle is extremely comfortable which can be adjusted horizontally as well as vertically. The angle position of the display can also be adjusted. The belt drive in combination with the magnetic resistance system results in a quiet run and is very low maintenance.

Training console, WLAN & Bluetooth

Bowflex offers the VeloCore Bike in two display sizes: 16 inch and 22 inch. The high-quality HD touchscreen displays offer the same functionality.
The HD touchscreen display gives you an excellent overview of your training data and the possibility of a varied training. You can use training apps such as Zwift or Peloton, in which you connect your smart device via Bluetooth to the console.

JRNY: A Digital Fitness & Entertainment Platform

The training app JRNY offers numerous functions to optimise your training and increase your motivation. By subscribing to a JRNY membership have access to on-demand courses and participate in live coaching as well as riding on numerous outdoor routes with JRNY Experience. The JRNY membership delivers personal workouts daily. Intelligent recommendations, that are based upon your individual fitness level, additionally increasing your motivation for training. The recommendations are automatically compared to your improvements in training. Via the JRNY subscription you also have access to various streaming services within the app. Be entertained during training from movies or series via Netflix, Amazon Prime or Disney+.
