The Hammer Strength by Life Fitness multi-gym Select Fly Rear Delt convinces by versatility and stability. Due to the height adjustable sitting upholstery, the machine can be ideally adjusted to any height. The adjustable motion arms provide the respective variety of exercises. The regular butterfly exercise trains the whole chest muscles and hence the front part of the upper body.
