For instance, you can benefit from the pull-up bar and train your back and biceps. Depending on the kind of grip, either the biceps or the back can be put to more use. The horizontal handles are used for "dips" and the foothandles are ideal for push-ups. Both exercises are perfect for intense chest and tricep workouts. With the vertical handles as well as the arm and back padding, the entire abdominal muscle group can be trained using knee lifts.
