With a stride length of 50.8 cm, the Life Fitness Club Series Plus crosstrainer, utilises years of research to offer the most ergonomic training experience. The FlexformTM pedals have an anti-slip surface offering a perfect grip – allowing you to give it all during your workout.Training variety on the modern touch console
The training computer on the Life Fitness Club Series Plus Crosstrainer offers a great variety of possibilities. Apart from the pre-set exercise programs, it offers both user defined and heart rate controlled programs. On top of regular programs like the quick-start and manual workouts are programs such as resistance interval or programs that simulate hill climbing available.The display shows time, speed, distance, resistance, heart rate and calories burned.
A very interesting feature is that the last workout can be displayed and repeated – to keep better track of your progress. The console has a 7” touch screen which is extremely user-friendly. The console also has a USB port, Bluetooth receiver and NFC (Near Field Communication) connection options. This makes it possible to transfer your training data to a fitness app on your smartphone.
