An exercise model based on vibrations solved this problem. Proform also recognised the benefits of vibration exercise and have put a high-quality vibration platform on the market which is called Wellness.
The Proform Wellness vibration plate is made of stainless steel, has a powerful 250 watts motor and even different frequency settings (20-50Hz) for vibration. Furthermore various exercise programmes are available. As a result, the Proform Wellness vibration plate is very versatile and can be used to improve one's health or for fitness.
