If you would like to get into shape training in a dedicated and goal-oriented way, the Polar FT 80 is the ideal training aid for you! The integrated, adaptive, individual STAR training programme is an absolute innovation in the Polar heart rate monitor sector. It facilitates a customised training during which the training goals are constantly updated and the programme adapts to one's training habits. Each single training session and the set weekly training task are analysed on the basis of the training intensity and calorie consumption. Based on this, the adaptive STAR training programme recommends the optimum duration and intensity of the trainig as well as recommended calorie consumption. Furthermore, the FT 80 fitness computer gives feedback on one's performance after each training session and once a week in additon.
Furthermore, the FT 80 features the Polar STRENGTH Training function which facilitates a training instructed in a professional way and helps get a thoroughly fit, well-conditioned body . Based on the resting heart rate, the FT 80 determines the ideal break time between exercises.

Polar have been developing the latest heart rate monitors for 30 years and as a result always come up with innovations. As a result, the FT 80 convinces not only with those function we are used to but new extra functions also.
