The Polar FA 20 is a very precise activity computer which supports a very active and fit lifestyle. Be it hiking, walking, Nordic Walking etc. - the Polar FA20 activity computer shows which effect your physical activity has on your health and fitness level.

ThePolar FA 20 distinguishes itself by its functionality, plain elegance and easy handling! It enables the user to monitor his/her physical activity and set activity goals. Simply wear the Polar FA 20 on your wrist and it continuously measures your physical activity, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The 24/7 activity measurement registers each effective movement and puts it into graphical form. The data is transformed into time active, calories, active steps, distance and much more depending on the input personal information (age, gender, height and weight). The activity measurement indicates whether your health or fitness have improved reliably.
The innovative activity diary sums up the training data and indicates the time spent active that day as well as the calories burnt that day. Furthermore you will get feedback afterwards regarding your personal activity level and advice regarding the way in which you should change your activity level.

The innovative Polar FlowLink makes the easy data transmission between the activity computer and the polarpersonaltrainer.com internet service possible. Simply connect the FlowLink to your PC's USB interface, put the FA 20's display on the FlowLink and the data trasmission can start. The Polar internet service provides a training diary and many other useful functions.
