The innovative Polar AW200 enables you to measure and evaluate in quantity and quality the activity throughout leisure time, sport, and work. Thanks to the integrated acceleration sensors, it it possible without additional accessories as for instance a chest strap or externe sensors, for the first time. It has never been that simple before to get an overview regarding your daily activity, to motivate yourself and to improve your personal lifestyle habits.
The Polar AW200 graphically visualises the intensity of your movement with five activity zones from slow walking to fast running. Therefore, it motivates you to increase your mobility. Furthermore, the Polar AW200 provides a fast overview of your daily activity by means of three measured values:

Active time: Evaluate the duration of the health-promoting mobility in relation to the total time.
Active steps: Measure the mobility in steps. Thereby, you can reach new aims each day and control it in a simple way.
calorie consumption: Check the real energy consumption and compare it with the recommended energy consumption und your daily energy absorption.

The Polar AW200 is optimall arranged to all rhythmic movements doing by foot from walking and running in leisure time to sports as for instance walking, hiking, jogging, and running.
