individually. When you select the interactive Heart-Rate-Zone workout programmes,
the Lifecycle monitors your heart rate and automatically adjusts the pedal resistance,
so that you are sure that your heart rate stays within your target zone. The C9i and R9i
measure your heart rate with the patented Lifepulse digital heart rate hand sensors.
The C7i and R7i include a wireless, Polar-compatible telemetric chest-strap system.
