Kettler Rowing Machines

Rowing, the effective cardio-vascular training, strengthens the muscles and has a positive effect on the fat metabolism.
Simpler rowers like the Kettler Cup rower or the Kettler Favorit rower work with arm bars, the resistance of these rowers can be adjusted with hydraulic cylinders. The Kettler Kadett rower works with outrigger technology that is much closer to "natural rowing" than the more simple Kettler rowers. The resistance of this Kettler rower is also adjusted by hydraulic cylinders.
The better the rower, the more functions and training possibilities you will have.
In additon, you can do 18 strength training exercises with our recommendation, the Kettler Coach rower! The rower fitness trainer Kettler Coach woperates with a hand grip that is attached to a pulley. The movement is identical to the rowing movement, rowing clubs use this kind of equipment. The Kettler Coach rower uses a magnetic braking system to create resistance, which is free from wear and tear compared to the hydraulic cylinders that are used in simpler Kettler rowers and therefore guarantees long-lasting satisfying training.
