Discount:
We grant you a discount of 3% for several articles if you pay by automatic debit transfer system, cash in advance, credit card or cash on delivery. To simplify matters, we have indicated the discounted price for every item on the merchandise pages. Books are strictly undiscountable.

Free Delivery:
Delivery within Germany by the Deutsche Post and DPD is free of charge for all items except weight plates and free weight bars when order values exceed EUR 45.00 (Weight is less than 31 kg) or EUR 100.00 (weight is more than 31 kg), respectively. Weight plates and free weight bars are excluded from this rule because they cause substantial shipping charges due to the high weight. We will also deliver weight plates and barbell bars free of charge when order values exceed 200 Euros or in combination with a fitness machine with a value of at least 100 Euros. You incur no hidden costs for packaging, delivery, COD charges, etc.

Shipping charges within Germany:
For order values of less than 45 Euros (weight is less than 31 kg) or 100 Euros (weight is more than 31 kg) as well as weight plates and bars of less than 200 Euros, you only incur a fraction of the delivery costs.:

• Orders with values of less than 45 Euros and less than 31 kg of weight:
  • Payment by credit card, cash in advance or bank collection: 3.70 Euro
  • Payment by cash on delivery: 8.20 Euro
• Orders with values of less than 100 Euros and more than 31 kg of weight:
  • Order value of 50 Euros or higher: 15 Euros shipping charges
  • otherwise: 20 Euros shipping charges
• Weight Plates and Bars:
  • Free delivery when ordering in combination with a fitness machine of 100 Euros or more
  • Otherwise for every new 25 kg increment of weight plates and every weight bar: 3.70 Euro shipping charges (0-25kg 3.70, 25-50 kg 7.40 etc.)
  • Now new for you: Free delivery of all items throughout Germany with orders totaling 200 Euros or more.

The incurred shipping charges are indicated as soon as you go to the checkout in our shopping cart sytem.

Delivery Abroad:
We ship all of our items worldwide. We will gladly make you an individual offer. You can find the prices and shipping conditions for the following countries in the online shop of the corresponding country:

Various possible means of payment:
You can pay by cash in advance, bank collection, cash on delivery or credit card. We will notify you if your chosen form of payment is not possible.

Delivery by parcel service up to 31 kg of weight (German Post or DPD) takes place within 1-2 work days. Larger items are delivered by freight carrier within 2-3 work days; the freight carrier will notify you of the shipment and schedule an exact appointment with you the day before delivery - all at your convenience!

14-day-money-back-guarantee
The customer has the right to withdraw his or her order within 14 days withouth any justification. Return packages within this time period are free of charge with order values of 40 Euros or higher. Please contact us in any case if you want to return a product. That way unnecessary costs and misunderstandings are avoided.
