Sorry to be writing in English! I recently recived my new Tomahawk spinning bicycle, and it is a solid work of art. Herr Charles Caldwell helped in me in its selection, answered all the questions I needed to feel confident with my purchase, and had it prepared for shipment quickly. I was not too pleased with the shipping company itself, as they took a week to deliver the
bike from Germany to Austria, and when it arrived it was damaged.
Herr Caldwell immediately evaluated the situation, and arranged for a replacement bicycle to be delivered to me. Even though the delivery company took 10 days to deliver the replacement bicycle, it did arrive in fine condition. It arrived this way because Herr Caldwell himself took the time check the bicycle to be sent, had it packed with great care, and in general did everything he could to make sure that there was no need to further delay my enjoyment of the new equipment.
Aside from this, each time I called he was extremely helpful and understanding, had great advice, and even checked with a colleague that is an expert on this specific bicycle to give
maintenance advice that goes beyond what even the handbook indicates. Can you imagine better service than this?
In all, his customer service was outstanding. And, in case any of you are interested, yes, the Tomahawk XXL Spinning Bicycle is expensive, but its solid construction, smooth ride, and overall top quality make it a wise purchase for years of rugged use! 20 years from now it will seem like a schnäppchen!
So, I remain a very happy customer of Sport Tiedje, and always recommend it to my friends and acquaintances.

I am very pleased with my purchase. It was a good price, prompt delivery & arrived in good condition.
The only minor problem was that the delivery was split into two consignments in the UK & I was not contacted by the courier either time so it was difficult for me to arrange to be at home to accept delivery.
I believe this to be an issue with the courier rather than your company, but thought that I would provide the feedback in case you can use the information in any way to further improve your already excellent service.

thanks for your feedback. We can not send all dumbbells in one parcel because they are too heavy. So its up to the courier service when the packages arrive.

today I got a phone call from transport company. Kettler Condor is now at Helsinki and on Monday they will deliver it to my home address, to Lempäälä. So I am sorry if I was a bit hurried about this issue.
