This high-quality rowing machine by Horizon guarantees you a realistic rowing experience. The wind-wheel resistance technology of the Horizon Oxford simulates a "light breeze", as though you really were rowing down a river; the increased resistance of the wind-wheel at higher speeds mimics "perfectly" real rowing on the water.
