Horizon-Fitness Ergometer Bikes

With the beginning of 2003 Horizon Fitness includes successfully ergometer bikes in their programme.
What distinguishes ergometers from regular exercise bikes is their electronically controlled pedal resistence and precise output measurements. According to German and European standard DIN EN 957-1/5, ergometers must measure performance in Watts, whereas conventional exercise bikes indicate only the level of resistance. All Horizon Fitness ergometer bikes are equipped with 6 partially pulse-controlled workout programmes and with an easy to use console, that shows the progress of the programme on LED-display.

The Horizon Fitness RSC200 half-recumbent bike offers a cardio workout in a comfortable exercise position that is especially easy on the back. What is more, the half-recumbent workout position allows for improved circulation of the blood throughout the body. It is ideal for anyone who is recovering from an injury, and for all who have back, knee, hip or other joint problems.
