Mutkatanko on pakollinen jokaiselle, joka haluaa treenata kotona monipuolisesti ja tehokkaasti. Erilaisten otemahdollisuuksien ansiostamutkatanko mahdollistaa koko yläkropan ja keskivartalon monipuolisen treenauksen.
Kaikki mutkatangot ovat laatuterästä ja pituudeltaan 120cm .
Toisaalta mutkatangot erottuvat toisistaan kantokykynsä mukaan.
Kierteisissä mutkatangoissa on ns. tähtilukko varmistamassa painoja. Tähtilukollisia mutkatankoja pidetään erittäin turvallisina. Vaihtoehtona kierretangoile löytyy mutkatankoja, joissa painot kiinnitetään jousilukkojen avulla. Näiden mutkatankojen etuna on niiden helpompi käsittely ja nopea levypainojen vaihtaminen.
