After longtime success in the production of the vibration plate VibroGym Professional, the first and original vibration-training-platform of the world - now it's time for VibroGym for a new definition of vibration training.

The vibration platform VibroGym Evolution allows a precise muscle building and an improvement of general fitness. The principle of muscle stimulation is based upon: The VibroGym Evolution produces vibrations, which are transferred to the body. When you stand on the VibroGym Evolution, you can feel the knee-jerk reaction of your musculature to those impulses. The effect of VibroTraining® depends mainly on the frequency and the intensity of the vibrations. Lower frequencies are ideal for strength training, warm-up, and cool-down, while higher frequencies are ideal for massages. Muscles are forced to contract more intensively due to higher vibration intensities. This increases the training effect.

Nearly 100% of all body muscles are demanded while the VibroTraining® - regarding conventional training, only 40% of all body muscles are demanded. Especially the deeper musculature, i.e. in the back - benefits from the VibroTraining®.

The VibroGym Evolution is produced in the Netherlands for ensuring highest quality. The enormous efficient but silent motors are steered, controlled and synchronized by precision electronics by Siemens.
