The Taurus Boxing Pro Speed skipping rope is ideal for an intense warm-up as well as coordination and cardiovascular training. The Taurus Boxing skipping rope's grips are made of black plastic and increase the training effect due to the extra weight. The flexible steel rope is rubber-encased and length adjustable.
