Suunto t4d training manager

The Suunto t4d training manager is your personal fitness coach! It guids optimally through the workout and is perfectly designed to the needs of endurance athletes with competition orientation (running, cyclingt, skiing, triathlon, etc.). Use your personal Suunto t4d Training-Coach, to improve your fitness by means of a heart rate controlled training. The Suunto t4d training computer supports to evaluate correctly your performance and plans a personal five-day-training plan.

The heart rate monitor t4d is a precision device of Suunto providing all the important training data (heart rate, calories consumption, training effect, etc.) in real time. The function "Training Effect (TE)" is a value that is exactly showing how efficient your workout is. The training effect is indicated on a scale of 1 to 5. You are constantly informed if you exercise to low, to intensively or in the right zone and get instructions for further training units. When you accept the training proposition, you are guided by the Suunto t4d through the training in order to reach a good training result. The t4d training manager adjusts to your performance development.

In combination with optionally available PODs, you get information about speed, distance and cadence and can extend the range of functions of the Suunto t4d training computer. By means of the optional PC POD and the Personal Training Manager Program, you can transfer the training data to your pc and write a training journal.
The chest strap Suunto Dual Comfort Belt is already included in the delivery of the t4d models. Thanks to its practical lock mechanism and the interference free, digital ANT-transmission, it offers highest wear and user comfort. The user can change the battery.
