The equipment includes, i.e., the brake system providing a comfortable workout motion. One fitness machine for all: the Kettler ergometer E7


The Kettler ergometer E7 is the premium model of the E series of Kettler. Thanks to a varied equipment and the approved high-quality Kettler quality, the E7 is ideal for leisure sports and ambitious workouts as well. The Kettler ergometer E7 is equiped with four user files, so that every person can use its personal settings for a workout of the whole family.

48 programs guarantee diversion and motivation for each fitness level. The Kettler ergometer E7 is equiped with 5 heart rate controlled programs, by which the workout can be optimized regarding individual goals. The pulse can be measured using the provided earclip or an optionally available chest strap. The practical heart-rate-light technology informs whether you are in the appropriate pulse zone, while exercising with the Kettler E7 by changing colours of the display light.

By means of the integrated USB interface of the Kettler E7, the ergometer can be connected to a pc and the optionally available Kettler World Tours software. This software offers to simulate training tours all over the world and to analyse precisely your workout. The Kettler ergometer E7 is equiped with a GEL saddle and a very low entrance for a comfortable workout. The equipment of the E7 is completed by practical transport wheels, strap-pedals (with centre of gravity), and a height compensation for a safe stability of the ergometer.

Sehr schönes Ergometer mit geringem Platzbedarf, super leiser und ruhiger Lauf, umfangreiche Trainigsprogramme, super auch, dass sich die Sitzpositionen sehr schnell und individuell einstellen lassen. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Insgesamt positiv. Keine 5 Sterne, da die Sattelhalterung aus unerfindlichen Gründen nach vorne geneigt ist, so dass man keine Standardsättel benutzen kann. Mindestens ein Pedal erzeugt Knackgeräusche, wie man sie von defekten Kugellagern her kennt. Die vielen Programme und die entsprechenden Beschreibungen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sonst bin ich zufrieden.

Das Kettler Ergometer wird von meiner Frau täglich für mindestens 30minuten Kardiotraining genutzt und unregelmäßig von mir für 1stündiges Kardiotraining. Die Montage ist einfach und die Verarbeitung des Ergometers hochwertig. Das Gerät macht einen soligen Eindruck und es gibt kein Wackeln und kein Knarzen der Elemente beim Training. Der Lenker des E7 ermöglicht es die Trainingshaltung zu variieren, was ein nicht zu unterschätzender Vorteil des Gerätes ist. Das pulsgesteuerte Training funktioniert hervorragend, sowohl mit dem beigelegten Ohrclip als auch mit einem T31 Polar Brustgurt. Die Elektronik des Gerätes ist einfach zu bedienen und sehr gut für mehrere Benutzer geeignet, da jeder seine individuellen Voreinstellungen etc. hinterlegen kann: Einfach Person auswählen und losradeln. Das Gerät ist zudem sehr leise, so dass ich mich wenn meine Frau hinter mir trainiert häufiger mal umdrehen muss um herauszufinden, ob sie noch trainiert, oder schon zur Dusche gelaufen ist. Die Möglichkeiten der "Kettler World Tour" Software haben wir nicht getestet. Einziges Manko ist in meinen Augen der etwas klobige, breite Sattel des Ergometers. Aber auch an den kann man sich gewöhnen.

Der Ergometer ist sehr stabil und komfortabel, funktional ausgezeichnet, sehr gut geeignet für Herz-/Kreislauf-Training. Die Einstellmöglichkeiten sind flexibel, der Monitor übersichtlich.

Robuster Ergometer mit guten individuellen Einstellungsmoeglichkeiten. Ich bin bisher sehr zufrieden, das Geraet ist hochwertig und laesst sich relativ einfach alleine montieren. Eine grosse Anzahl von Trainingsprogrammen ist sehr praktisch. Das Auslesen der Daten auf einen Computer ist praktisch - auch wenn ich es bisher noch nicht probiert habe. Abzug gibt es fuer einen doch eher unbequemen Sitz, laengeres Training wird so leider etwas schmerzhaft - auch mit gepolsterten Radlerhosen...
