Modern design and innovative technology make the Kettler elliptical Elyx 5 a great training equipment for beginners and ambitious athletes. Thanks to its induction brake system, a balance mass of 22 kg, and an elliptical course of motion, exercising on the Kettler elliptical Elyx 5 is comfortably constant and extremely joint-gentle. Furthermore, you can easily fold the Kettler Elyx 5 after the workout and store it in a space-saving way.

The resistance can be adjusted in 5-watt-increments between 25 and 400 watt, so that the Kettler elliptical Elyx 5 offers sufficient challenges for each fitness level. Moreover, 8 training programs provide diversion and motivation while exercising. The Kettler elliptical has two heart-rate controlled programs. The pulse is measured by integrated hand pulse sensors, the provided earclip or by means of an optionally available chest strap. Using the heart rate programs of the Elyx 5, the workout is automatically adjusted to your pulse zone, which is defiined by your training goal (i.e. stamina workout). Exercising with the Kettler elliptical Elyx 5 gets especially efficient !

Our tip: you can connect the Kettler elliptical Elyx 5 with the optionally available Kettler World Tours software on your pc via the USB connection for even more diversion while exercising. The software simulates world-wide tours and helps to analyse in detail your workout afterwards.

The Kettler elliptical Elyx 5 is equiped with a clearly structured display which always informs about all important training data as i.e. distance, time, speed, etc. A place to put something, transport wheels, additional straps, and a drinking bottle holder complete the Elyx 5 and make your workout extremely comfortable. Offering a maximum user weight of 150 kg, the Kettler elliptical is very resistant and durable.
