Thanks to the thigh padding, which can be four times adjusted in height, and the angled foot rest surfacae, you get the optimal seat and training position in a fast way. Furthermore, the calf unit Hoist HF-4363 is equiped with an ergonomic and comfortable handgrip, which can be used as support for the last repetitions. The result is an efficient calf training.
