The Hoist "Fitness Tree" is an extensive multi gym allowing an easy strength training without dumbbells. The stress is produced by the proper body weight. The exercise possibilities are very varied and include chin-ups and dips as well as abdominal muscles exercises.
The Hoist "Fitness Tree" as chin-up-dip-abdominal-station is full of smart detail solutions: besides different angled grips providing excellent ergonomics, the multi gym Hoist CF396 has two climb grips in addition. By means of those different grip varieties, you can precisely exercise body muscles with the Hoist "Fitness Trees", i.e. using the climb grips, the forearm muscles are more demanded.
