efi Sports Medicine has developed the Total Gym 14000, a modern power training station, relying only on the weight of the own body without barbells. This is used as effective as possible for individual training. You can realize your individual fitness targets with the Total Gym 14000. The power station can be used for power, endurance, and mobility, weight reduction or structured training according to reha-methods. It is suitable for each age because of the capacity of the own body weight and a solid contstruction.
The efi Sports Medicine Total Gym 14000 combines all necessary training and therapy tools in one. Being a double universal pull-tool, the Total Gym serves for training of arm and leg musculature as well as torso and shoulder musculature. It can even be used as a vertical pull-tool. The integrated function chisel serves as a support or training of the leg muscles and the ankles. The Total Gym replaces an angled table or a back sit-up.
The efi Sports Medicine Total Gym 14000 is a diversified whole-body training tool. Many exercises with different focus allow a precise achieving of all training targets.
