efi Sports Medicine GTS™ - Gravity Training System is a modern power station, that relies only to the weight of the own body without barbells. This has to be used as effectively as possible for the individual training.
The GTS™ - Gravity Training System by efi Sports Medicine combines four disciplines in one tool. Group Strength Classes, Pilates, Personal Training und Post Rehab. Thereby, the available training surface can optimally be used.
GRAVITYGroup is a dynamic, diversified, rapid power-endurance training for the entire body in just 30 minutes. GRAVITYPilates allows as 60-minutes-program an effective pilates-training. The GTS™ can individually be adjusted to size, power, and training condition of the user. The pilates training on the GTS™ allows, therefore, rapid and individual training successes independent of the training level. By means of the GRAVITYPersonalTraining, the user can improve the muscle power, increase endurance and efficiency, stabilize the cardiovascular system, and achieve a balanced body feeling. Within the GRAVITYPost-Rehab, the user can realize a structured training for the most conventional joint dysfuntions of knee, shoulder, and lumbar spine after a completed reha-method or physiotherapy by means of the Gravity Training System.
The polished roll surfaces of the GTS™ consist of chrome-plated, extremely loadable, cold drawn steel rails. Steel inserts in the tower strengthen the twist stiffness. The elegant silver-metallic design emphasises the professional ensemble of this training tool.
The comfortable padded aquaplane of the GTS™ is sewes on the frame and covered with a hard-wearing, kind to the skin artificial leather. The durable Delrin-rolls with closed precision ball-bearing provide with a soft run of the GTS™. The dynamic Pulley-system consists of a closed precision ball-bearing and nylon-covered airplane steel cables with a certificated weight-bearing capacity of 900kg. The unilaterally and bilaterally usable Pulley-system individually adjusts to the requirements of the user. The telescope foot rest, the hinged foot rest for the training of the knee bend musculature as well as the laterally adjustable frame for pull ups and squats are included in the delivery.
