This is used as effective as possible for individual training. You can realize your individual fitness targets with the Total Gym 14000. The power station can be used for power, endurance, and mobility, weight reduction or structured training according to reha-methods. It is suitable for each age because of the capacity of the own body weight and a solid construction.
