The Daum ergo_slim card contains a training program for people with overweight and fun of loosing weight. The training program has been designed by Dr. med. Wolfgang Siegfried, Adipositas-Rehacentre Insula in Berchtesgaden.
Just put in the ergo_slim chipcard in your Daum Premium training tool and let´s go. A virtual Adipositas trainer motivates throughout the training program. The user is lead through the single training units including tips and feedback regarding nutrition and movement. The user as well as the therapist can control and analyse the received information about the training success every time.
